一、进口液体增压泵概述

威盾VTON的VBGD是双作用液体增压泵Booster pump for liquid。专门设计的换向阀与泵体装配在一起，自动换向，驱动活塞往复运动一次，完成两次吸入与高压排出。

二、进口液体增压泵原理

电动增压泵的主要是通过电机带动，通过增压泵活塞产生高压液体输出。气动的主要靠压缩空气推动小活塞，从而增压液体。

气动增压泵其中一种很重要的作用是用来增压液体，比如说水、油、乳化液等无腐蚀液体。液体增压泵采用单气控非平衡气体分配阀来实现泵的自动往复运动，泵体气驱部分全部采用铝合金制造，铝合金零部件加工后经氧化处理成黑色，保证了产品的外型美观及永不生锈。 接液部分材质根据介质不同选用碳钢或不锈钢，泵的全套密封件均为进口优质产品，从而保证了泵的性能。驱动活塞直径分为160mm与80mm两种规格。 最大驱动气压为10bar，为了保证泵的寿命，建议使用气压≤8bar。

The electric booster pump is mainly driven by an electric motor and generates high-pressure liquid output through the booster pump piston. Pneumatic mainly relies on compressed air to push small pistons, thereby pressurizing liquids.

One of the important functions of pneumatic booster pumps is to boost liquids, such as water, oil, emulsions, and other non corrosive liquids. The liquid booster pump adopts a single gas controlled non-equilibrium gas distribution valve to achieve automatic reciprocating motion of the pump. The gas driven part of the pump body is entirely made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy components are processed and oxidized to black, ensuring the product's beautiful appearance and never rusting. The material of the liquid receiving part is selected from carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media, and the complete set of seals for the pump are all imported high-quality products, thus ensuring the performance of the pump. The drive piston diameter is divided into two specifications: 160mm and 80mm. The maximum driving air pressure is 10 bar. To ensure the lifespan of the pump, it is recommended to use an air pressure of ≤ 8 bar.

五、使用注意事项

要根据被测试件的压力选择合适的增压比，要留有余量。

一定要注意流量的选择，选择的流量要适中。

被测试件测试的时候一定要排空内部的空气。

液体增压泵的驱动气压、被增压介质要保持洁净。

根据的自己的使用工况选择泵还是液体加压系统。

Be sure to pay attention to the choice of traffic, and the chosen traffic should be moderate.

When testing the test piece, it is necessary to evacuate the internal air.
