一、进口氧气增压泵概述

威盾VTON的氧气增压泵,充气泵,Oxygen charging pump,用于氧气气瓶的内部高压充压。实现将低压氧气增压到需要的高压气瓶内部,用于氧气的充填。氧气充氧泵工作压力范围大,选用不同型号的泵可获得不同的压力区域。操作安全,采用气体驱动,无电弧及火花,可在危险场合使用。

二、进口氧气增压泵工作原理

增压泵的工作原理类似于压力增压泵。当低的压力作用在大面积活塞上时,小面积活塞就会产生高的压力。通过一个二位四通气控阀能够实现连续运行。气控阀使驱动空气交替作用于气体活塞的两个端部表面,形成往复运动。被增压气体由高压活塞端的进口单向阀进入,在高压活塞的带动下,从出口单向阀排出,进而形成气体的输送。设定的驱动空气压力的大小直接决定压力的大小,可根据各种增压器的输出压力计算公式计算出最终输出压力。当驱动压力和高压部分达到压力平衡时,也就是达到了最终压力,增压泵会停止运行,同时不再消耗驱动空气。当高压部分压力下降或驱动压力增加时,增压器自动运行,直到再次达到压力平衡。也可通过电磁阀、压力变送器、比例阀、PLC实现增压器的自动开关控制。

The magnitude of the set driving air pressure directly determines the magnitude of the pressure, and the final output pressure can be calculated based on the output pressure calculation formula of various superchargers. When the driving pressure and high-pressure part reach pressure equilibrium, that is, when the final pressure is reached, the booster pump will stop running and no longer consume driving air. When the pressure in the high-pressure section decreases or the driving pressure increases, the supercharger automatically operates until pressure equilibrium is reached again. The automatic on/off control of the booster can also be achieved through solenoid valves, pressure transmitters, proportional valves, and PLCs.
