衬氟磁力泵为卧式、单级、单吸磁力驱动化工离心泵,是一种无泄露、无污染、耐腐蚀的化工泵产品。美国威盾VTON采用现代磁力驱动技术,巧妙地将机械传动泵的动密封转换成为静密封,实现产品的全密封、无泄漏,解决了化工类介质输送过程中跑、冒、滴、漏、腐蚀、氧化等难题。
产品外磁直接与电机转轴相连,采用直联式,具有结构简单、无需对中、传动效率高、噪音小、振动小等优点。
The fluorine lined magnetic pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction magnetic driven chemical centrifugal pump, which is a leak free, pollution-free, and corrosion-resistant chemical pump product. The US Weidun VTON adopts modern magnetic drive technology to ingeniously convert the dynamic seal of the mechanical transmission pump into a static seal, achieving full sealing and no leakage of the product, solving the problems of running, emitting, dripping, leaking, corrosion, oxidation and other issues in the transportation process of chemical media.
The external magnet of the product is directly connected to the motor shaft, using a direct connection type, which has the advantages of simple structure, no need for centering, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and low vibration.
二、进口衬氟磁力泵产品用途
产品广泛应用于化工、制酸、制碱、稀土、农药、染料、医药、造纸、电镀、电解、酸洗等行业输送腐蚀性液体,尤其适用于易燃、易爆、易挥发、有毒、强酸碱、有机溶剂和贵重液体。

四、进口衬氟磁力泵产品特点
1、衬氟磁力泵具有全密封、无泄漏、无污染、耐强酸碱等特点。
2、氟塑料是耐腐蚀材料,可输送任意浓(强)度的酸、碱、氧化剂等腐蚀性介质而毫不受损。
3、小型泵采用全氟泵头,结构简单、耐腐蚀性好、重量轻、成本低。
4、中大型泵泵体采用高强度灰铸铁内衬氟塑料整体模压一次成型工艺,泵盖、叶轮等过流部件采用金属嵌件外衬氟塑料整体模压一次成型工艺,衬塑面与金属件贴合紧密,内流道光滑匀称无缺陷。
5、磁体材料具有良好的磁性、耐高温、不退磁,理论寿命高达20年。
6、磁力驱动,取消了传统离心泵的轴封,无需冲洗和冷却,既简化了结构又降低了能耗;内外磁之间采用隔离套隔离,真正达到了无泄漏输送。
7、除功率很小的泵型,隔离套采用了增强碳纤维材质加固套,加强了氟塑料隔离套强度的同时消除了普通磁力泵的磁涡流现象,避免了多余热量的产生并降低了能耗值。
8、静环及轴套采用氧化铝陶瓷材质,具有强度高、耐磨性好、抗腐蚀性能力强的特点,有效保证了泵的使用寿命。
9、特殊设计的腔体冷却循环流道,可在水泵运行的过程中不断带走产生的热量,保证机组的正常运行。

3. The small pump adopts a perfluorinated pump head, which has a simple structure, good corrosion resistance, light weight, and low cost.
4. The medium to large-sized pump body adopts a high-strength gray cast iron lined with fluoroplastic integral molding process. The pump cover, impeller and other flow passing components adopt a metal embedded outer lining fluoroplastic integral molding process. The plastic lining surface is closely adhered to the metal parts, and the inner flow channel is smooth, symmetrical and defect free.
5. Magnetic materials have good magnetism, high temperature resistance, and no demagnetization, with a theoretical lifespan of up to 20 years.
6. Magnetic drive eliminates the shaft seal of traditional centrifugal pumps, eliminating the need for flushing and cooling, simplifying the structure and reducing energy consumption; Isolation sleeves are used between the inner and outer magnets to achieve truly leak free transportation.
7. Except for the pump type with very low power, the isolation sleeve is reinforced with reinforced carbon fiber material, which enhances the strength of the fluoroplastic isolation sleeve while eliminating the magnetic eddy current phenomenon of ordinary magnetic pumps, avoiding the generation of excess heat and reducing energy consumption.
8. The static ring and shaft sleeve are made of alumina ceramic material, which has the characteristics of high strength, good wear resistance, and strong corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the service life of the pump.
9. The specially designed cavity cooling circulation channel can continuously remove the heat generated during the operation of the water pump, ensuring the normal operation of the unit.
