一、进口高低篮式过滤器产品概述

进口高低篮式过滤器，也叫篮式过滤器，高低过滤器，由桶式壳体、排污盖、滤芯、螺柱等组成。网眼总面积是入口管道面积的3-4倍，压差为0.05-0.15，压力在设计有不同。它比其它过滤器技术要求高，主要用于管道上，来处理管内高精度液体。

当液体通过主管进入滤蓝后，固体杂质颗粒被阻挡在滤蓝内，而洁净的流体通过滤篮、由过滤器出口排出。当需要清洗时，旋开主管底部螺塞，排净流体，拆卸法兰盖，清洗后重新装入即可。因此，使用维护极为方便。

When cleaning is required, unscrew the bottom plug of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean it, and reinstall it. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

二、进口高低篮式过滤器工作原理

进口篮式高低过滤器是直接连入管道使用。在生产过程中，流体会随着管道流经高低过滤器，液体先通过桶体而后进入滤篮，流体从滤篮的缝隙中流出，直至过滤器的出口被排出，流体中的固体杂质颗粒为滤篮所阻挡，与流体分离完成过滤。过滤器使用一段时间后，固体杂质在滤篮中堆积，这时只要旋开主管底部的螺塞，将高低过滤器内的液体排净，拆卸法兰，清洗滤篮后重新装入，就能完成杂质的清理了。
