一、进口气体过滤器产品概述

进口气体过滤器，也叫氧气过滤器，氮气过滤器，是专为制氧气、氮气管网设计的一种特殊过滤器，过滤器同分流锥、过滤网管组成，水流推力主要起到气体分流，因而避免过滤网受正面引起的破裂。可用于工业生产部门中气体过滤，如：空气、氮气、氧气等气体的过滤，保证后续设备的安全使用。

进口气体过滤器过滤装置附近安置磁性材料。这样，可以在过滤之前，将混在氧气气流中的铁质颗粒吸附在磁铁上，从而既有利于净化氧气，避免铁质颗粒堵塞或损坏过滤装置，更重要的是可以有效避免这些铁质颗粒与过滤面撞击摩擦，从而确保氧气过滤器的使用安全。

二、进口气体过滤器产品特点

1、气体过滤器适用于易燃、易爆、含尘气体的管道过滤。

2、气体过滤器具有确保设备安全运行、正常供气的作用，因而已被冶金、化工、机械加工等行业广泛选用。

3、气体过滤器的滤筒（内管）和外筒与管道在同一直线，因而气流能较平缓地进入滤筒内，基本上无紊流产生，压损小于0.02MPa。

4、气体过滤器根据工艺要求可选用不同的过滤精度，一般以60～100目／英寸为宜。

5、气体过滤器在出厂时严格按脱脂工艺清洗除油除锈，用户可直接将其与管道安装后投运。
