进口高压锻钢过滤器，也叫锻钢高压过滤器，锻钢焊接Y型过滤器，锻钢A105过滤器，是指整体锻造方式制造的Y型过滤器，适用于高温高压的过滤场合，是采用螺栓式阀盖，按这种设计形式设计的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺栓连接，缠绕式垫片(304加柔性石墨制造)或采用金属环连接密封。锻钢Y型过滤器通常装在各种装置设备的进口端，锻钢Y型过滤器用来清除介质中的杂技，以保护阀门及设备的正常使用。锻钢Y型过滤器具有结构简单/阻力小，排污方便等特点。Y型过滤器适用介质可为水、油、气。一般通水网为18~30目，通气网为10~100目，通油网为100~480目。

High pressure forged steel filter, also known as forged steel high-pressure filter, forged steel welded Y-shaped filter, forged steel A105 filter, refers to a Y-shaped filter manufactured by integral forging method, suitable for high temperature and high pressure filtration occasions. It is a bolted valve cover designed according to this design form. The valve body and valve cover are connected by bolts, wrapped gaskets (made of 304 and flexible graphite) or sealed with metal rings. Forged steel Y-shaped filters are usually installed at the inlet end of various devices and equipment. Forged steel Y-shaped filters are used to remove impurities from the medium to protect the normal use of valves and equipment. The forged steel Y-shaped filter has the characteristics of simple structure, low resistance, and convenient drainage. The applicable media for Y-shaped filters can be water, oil, and gas. The general water network has a mesh size of 18-30, the ventilation network has a mesh size of 10-100, and the oil network has a mesh size of 100-480.

1、Y型过滤器的核心部位是过滤芯件，过滤芯由滤框和不锈钢钢丝网组成，不锈钢钢丝网属宜损件，需特别保护； 　　

2、当工作一段时间后，过滤器滤芯内沉淀了一定的杂质，这时压力降增大，流速会下降，需及时清除滤芯内的杂质； 　　

3、清洗杂质时，特别注意过滤器过滤芯上的不锈钢钢丝网不能变形或损坏，否则，再装上去后，过滤后介质的纯度达不到设计要求，压缩机、泵、仪表等设备会遭到破坏； 　　

4、如发现不锈钢钢丝网变形或损坏，需马上更换。

2. After working for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities settle in the filter element, causing an increase in pressure drop and a decrease in flow rate. It is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter element in a timely manner; 

3. When cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to ensuring that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element is not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, after installation, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements, and equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments will be damaged; 

4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
