一、进口插入式电磁流量计概述

插入式电磁流量计是根据法拉第电磁感应定律进行流量测试的流量计。电磁流量计的优点是压损极小,可测流量范围大。最大流量与最小流量的比值一般为10:1以上,适用的工业管径范围宽,最大可达3m,输出信号和被测流量呈线性,精确度较高,可测量电导率≥5μs/cm的酸、碱盐溶液、水、污水、腐蚀性液体以及泥浆、矿浆、纸浆等流体流量。

电磁流量计广泛应用于石油化工、钢铁冶金、给水排水、水利灌溉、水处理、污水处理站(环保污水控制、化工污水、电镀污水)、造纸(纸浆)、泥浆、医药、食品等工农业的生产公司过程流量测量和控制。

Insertion electromagnetic flowmeter is a flow meter that is tested according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The advantages of electromagnetic flow meters are minimal pressure loss and a wide range of measurable flow rates. The ratio of maximum flow rate to minimum flow rate is generally above 10:1, suitable for a wide range of industrial pipe diameters, up to 3m. The output signal is linear with the measured flow rate, with high accuracy. It can measure acid, alkali salt solutions, water, sewage, corrosive liquids with a conductivity of ≥ 5 μ s/cm, as well as fluid flow rates such as mud, pulp, and pulp.

Electromagnetic flow meters are widely used in the measurement and control of process flow in industrial and agricultural production companies, such as petrochemical, steel metallurgy, water supply and drainage, water irrigation, water treatment, sewage treatment stations (environmental pollution control, chemical wastewater, electroplating wastewater), papermaking (pulp), mud, pharmaceuticals, food, etc.



二、进口插入式电磁流量计产品特征

1、传感器内无活动部件,结构简单,刚性强,工作寿命长。

2、传感器探头采用最新工艺制作,大大提高产品稳定性。

3、插入式电磁结构可在低压或带压情况下不停水方便的安装、拆卸。因此非常适用于现有管道的流体测量和便于仪表的维护、修理。

4、测量精度不受被测介质的温度、压力、密度、粘度、电导率(只要电导率大于20μs/cm)等物理参数变化的影响;传感器几乎无压力损失,能量损耗极低。

5、较一般流量计的制造成本和安装费用低。特别适于大中口径管道流量测量。

6、有法兰式和螺纹式两种安装结构可选。

5. Compared to general flow meters, the manufacturing and installation costs are lower. Especially suitable for flow measurement in large and medium diameter pipelines.

6. There are two installation structures available: flange and threaded.



三、安装要求

通用要求
1、为了安装、维护、保养方便,在流量计周围需保留足够的空间

2、避免流量计安装在温度变化很大或受到设备高温辐射的场所

3、流量计应安装在室内,如安装在室外,应避免阳光直射,必要时请安装防晒装置

4、避免流量计安装在含有腐蚀性气体的环境中

5、避免流量计安装在有强振动源、强磁场的场所

工艺管要求

1、上、下游工艺管的内径与流量计的内径应满足:0.98DN≤D≤1.05DN(DN:流量计内径;D:工艺管内径)

2、工艺管与流量计需同心,同轴偏差不大于0.05DN

General requirements

2. Avoid installing flow meters in places with significant temperature changes or exposed to high temperature radiation from equipment

3. The flow meter should be installed indoors. If installed outdoors, direct sunlight should be avoided, and if necessary, sunscreen devices should be installed

4. Avoid installing flow meters in environments containing corrosive gases

5. Avoid installing flow meters in places with strong vibration sources and strong magnetic fields

Process management requirements

1. The inner diameter of upstream and downstream process pipes and the inner diameter of flow meters should meet the following requirements: 0.98DN ≤ D ≤ 1.05DN (DN: inner diameter of flow meters; D: inner diameter of process pipes)

2. The process pipe and flow meter need to be concentric, with a coaxial deviation of no more than 0.05DN
