一、进口卫生级电磁流量计概述

进口卫生型电磁流量计由传感器和转换器两部分构成,与管道连接方主要是卡箍式,流量计本体采用达到卫生级的标准抛光度镜面的不锈钢材质。它是基于法拉第电磁感应定律工作的,用来测量电导率大于5μS/cm导电液体的体积流量,是一种测量导电介质体积流量的感应式仪表。除可测量一般导电液体的体积流量外,还可用于测量强酸强碱等强腐蚀液体和泥浆、矿浆、纸浆等均匀的液固两相悬浮液体的体积流量。广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、轻纺、造纸、环保、食品等工业部门及市政管理,水利建设、河流疏浚等领域的流量计量。

The sanitary electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two parts: a sensor and a converter. The main connection to the pipeline is a clamp type, and the flowmeter body is made of stainless steel material with a mirror finish that meets the standard of sanitary grade. It is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volume flow rate of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 5 μ S/cm. It is an induction type instrument for measuring the volume flow rate of conductive media. In addition to measuring the volume flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volume flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, as well as homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions such as mud, slurry, and pulp. Widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food, and municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging, and other fields for flow measurement.



二、进口卫生级电磁流量计工作原理

导电性液体以流速V流过垂直于流动方向的磁场,导电性液体的流动感应出一个与平均流速成正比的电压,其感应电压信号通过与液体直接接触的电极检出。对于同一流量计S、B、d为常量,所以流量与感应电动势E(或流速V)的大小成正比。

A conductive liquid flows through a magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of flow at a flow rate V, and the flow of the conductive liquid induces a voltage proportional to the average flow rate. The induced voltage signal is detected by the electrode in direct contact with the liquid. For the same flow meter S, B, and d are constants, so the flow rate is directly proportional to the magnitude of the induced electromotive force E (or flow rate V).

四、进口卫生型电磁流量计安装要求

为了您正确的测量,在选择管道上位置时应注意以下几点要求:

1、传感器既可以在垂直管道上安装,也可以在水平或倾斜管道上安装,但要求二电极的中心连线处于水平状态。

2、介质在安装位置应该满管流动,避免不满管及气体附着在电极上。

3、对于液固两相流体,最好采用垂直安装,使传感器衬里磨损均匀,延长使用寿命。

4、流量计安装位置介质不满时,可采取抬高流量计后端的管路。

5、前后直管段为:流量计前≥10DN、后端≥5DN。

仪表接线:

若采用分体安装连接的信号电缆采用定制专用电缆线,电缆线越短越好。

励磁电缆可选用Yz中型橡套电缆,其长度和信号电缆一样。

信号电缆必须与其他的电源严格分开,不能敷设在同一根管子内。

信号电缆和励磁电缆尽可能短,不能将多余的电缆卷在一起,应将多余的电缆剪掉,并重新焊好接头。

电缆连接传感器电器接口时,在端口处做成U型,这样可以防止雨水渗透到传感器中。

In order for you to measure correctly, you should pay attention to the following requirements when selecting the position on the pipeline:

1. Sensors can be installed on vertical pipelines, as well as horizontal or inclined pipelines, but the central connection of the two electrodes is required to be in a horizontal state.

2. The medium should flow fully in the installation position to avoid incomplete tubes and gas adhering to the electrodes.

3. For liquid-solid two-phase fluids, it is best to use vertical installation to ensure uniform wear of the sensor lining and extend its service life.

4. When the medium in the installation position of the flow meter is not sufficient, the pipeline at the rear end of the flow meter can be raised.

5. The front and rear straight pipe sections are: ≥ 10DN in front of the flow meter and ≥ 5DN in the back.

Instrument wiring:

If signal cables connected through split installation are customized with dedicated cables, the shorter the cable, the better.

The excitation cable can be Yz medium rubber sheathed cable, with the same length as the signal cable.

Signal cables must be strictly separated from other power sources and cannot be laid in the same pipe.

Signal cables and excitation cables should be as short as possible, and excess cables should not be rolled together. Excess cables should be cut off and the joints should be re soldered.

When connecting the cable to the sensor electrical interface, make a U-shaped shape at the port to prevent rainwater from penetrating the sensor.
