高压涡轮流量计是指用于高压流体测量流量的仪器，压力有PN40-400,压力可达40Mpa，具有结构简单、轻巧、精度高、复现性好、反应灵敏，安装维护使用方便等特点的新一代涡轮流量计，广泛用于测量封闭管道中与不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti、2Cr13及刚玉Al2O3、硬质合金不起腐蚀作用，且无纤维、颗粒等杂质，工作温度下运动粘度小于5×10-6m2/s的液体，对于运动粘度大于5×10-6m2/s的液体，可对流量计进行实液标定后使用。若与具有特殊功能的显示仪表配套，还可以进行定量控制、超量报警等，是流量计量和节能的理想仪表。

该类涡轮流量产品本身不具备现场显示功能，仅将流量信号以脉冲的形式远传输出。仪表价格低廉，集成度高，体积小巧，特别适用于与二次显示仪、PLC、DCS等计算机控制系统配合使用。

High pressure turbine flowmeter refers to an instrument used for measuring flow rate of high-pressure fluids, with a pressure range of PN40-400 and a pressure of up to 40Mpa. It is a new generation turbine flowmeter with the characteristics of simple structure, lightweight, high accuracy, good reproducibility, sensitive response, and easy installation, maintenance, and use. It is widely used for measuring closed pipelines. It does not corrode stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, corundum Al2O3, and hard alloys, and is free of impurities such as fibers and particles. It can be used for liquids with a kinematic viscosity less than 5 × 10-6m2/s at working temperature. For liquids with a kinematic viscosity greater than 5 × 10-6m2/s, the flowmeter can be calibrated for real liquid use. If paired with display instruments with special functions, it can also perform quantitative control, over limit alarm, etc., making it an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy conservation.

This type of turbine flow product itself does not have on-site display function, and only transmits the flow signal in the form of pulses for remote output. The instrument is inexpensive, highly integrated, and compact in size, making it particularly suitable for use with computer control systems such as secondary displays, PLCs, and DCS.
