进口手动隔膜阀，Manual diaphragm valve，也叫手动膜片阀，手动管夹阀，是指手轮的操作方式，通过来自管路的压力作用于增强橡胶隔膜实现对阀门的开启和关闭的阀门。当压力介质进入阀门控制腔，隔膜下压，关闭阀门通道，当控制腔压力排向大气或下游管道，隔膜上升，阀门通道被打开。阀门没有阀杆、密封垫、定向座等，通道中运动的唯一部件就是隔膜，所以不存在锈蚀及抱死现象，具有更高的稳定性。

美国威盾VTON手动隔膜阀可分为：屋式隔膜阀、直流式隔膜阀、截止式隔膜阀、直通式隔膜阀、闸板式隔膜阀和直角式隔膜阀六种。

三、进口手动隔膜阀产品特征

1、手动隔膜阀把下部阀体内腔与上部阀盖内腔隔开，使位于隔膜上方的阀杆、阀瓣等零件不受介质腐蚀，省去了填料密封结构，且不会产生介质外漏。

2、手动隔膜阀采用橡胶或塑料等软质密封制作的隔膜，密封性较好。由于隔膜为易损件，应视介质特性而定期更换。

3、手动隔膜阀受隔膜材料限制，隔膜阀适用于低压和温度相对不高的场合。

4、手动隔膜阀流体阻力小。 　　
5、手动隔膜阀能用于含硬质悬浮物的介质；由于介质只与阀体和隔膜接触，所以无需填料函，不存在填料函泄漏问题，对阀杆部分无腐蚀可能。

Manual diaphragm valves can be used for media containing hard suspended solids; Due to the fact that the medium only comes into contact with the valve body and diaphragm, there is no need for a packing box, and there is no leakage problem with the packing box, which may cause corrosion to the valve stem.

6. Manual diaphragm valves are suitable for corrosive, viscous, and slurry media.
