一、进口单作用拨叉式气动执行器概述

拨叉式气动执行器(英文:Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuator),是一种角行程活塞式气动执行机构,拨叉式气动执行器设计精巧紧凑,牢固耐用,是专门用于球阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀等适用90°转角的阀门的开关切断或调节控制。气动执行器分双作用和单作用,双作用气动执行器和单作用气动执行器其实在使用起来是差不多的,最根本的区别在于内部结构,单作用执行器多了弹簧这个零部件,所以其最大的优势在于断电后可以复位!
单作用的成本比双作用要高,单作用气动执行器(气动执行器内部有弹簧,在断开气源情况下,弹簧会自动复位,提供力量使球阀恢复到起始的开启或关闭状态),若选择双作用执行器,在断开气源情况下,执行器失去动力,阀位保持在失气一瞬间处于的那个位置。如果需要在失气情况,阀门自动复位,就选单作用执行器,如果不需要,就选双作用执行器。

Double acting pneumatic actuators and single acting pneumatic actuators are actually similar in use, with the most fundamental difference being their internal structure. Single acting actuators have an additional spring component, so their biggest advantage is that they can be reset after power failure!
The cost of a single acting pneumatic actuator is higher than that of a double acting one. A single acting pneumatic actuator (which has a spring inside and automatically resets when the air source is disconnected, providing force to restore the ball valve to its initial open or closed state). If a double acting actuator is selected, the actuator loses power when the air source is disconnected and the valve position remains at the moment of loss of air. If it is necessary to automatically reset the valve in case of loss of air, choose a single acting actuator. If not required, choose a double acting actuator.

三、进口单作用拨叉式气动执行器工作原理
压缩空气进入气缸,推动活塞作直线运动,活塞利用活塞销与拨叉U型槽设计将活塞的直线运动转为拨叉的旋转运动,拨叉旋转带动输出轴转动,从而实现对阀门的控制。
拨叉气动执行器的出现弥补了齿轮齿条执行器的不足,充分利用了各个部件之间紧密配合,从而大大降低了在摩擦力上的损耗,同时调节精度更加精确(精准度在0.1mm);而且密闭性比上一代要更加出色,从而使用寿命更长。很小的摩擦力赋予了它快速高效的工作能力。
