V-OHQ开关型属于基本的防爆执行机构，用于把阀门驱动至全开或全关的位置。0°~90°旋转为常用标准行程，亦可根据客户需求定制。防护等级IP67，可选IP68。输出扭矩2000N·M。

二、进口电动装置性能特点

1、壳体—指该盖由硬质铝合金制成，具有阳极氧化处理和聚酯粉末涂层。高耐腐蚀，防水等级为IP67。IP68和防爆型是可选的。

2、电机—全封闭式鼠笼式电机，体积小,扭矩大，惯性力小,F级绝缘等级。内部热保护开关避免损坏电机。

3、手动手轮—手轮设计安全可靠,省力省力。当执行器未通电时，将离合器拉到正确的位置后，可以用手轮操作。一旦通电，离合器将自动返回。

4、位置指示器—安装在中心轴上,用于观察阀门的位置。为了避免沉积和观察方便，它是由凸透镜设计的。

3. Manual handwheel - The handwheel design is safe, reliable, and labor-saving. When the actuator is not powered on, pull the clutch to the correct position and operate it with a handwheel. Once energized, the clutch will automatically return.

4. Position indicator - installed on the central axis to observe the position of the valve. To avoid sedimentation and facilitate observation, it is designed with convex lenses.

5. Heater and thermostat - used to control the temperature inside the actuator to avoid internal moisture

6. Limit switch - two mechanical and electronic dual limit switches. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable. The electronic limit switch is an SPDT controlled by a cam. The position of the limit switch can be precisely and conveniently set through simple adjustments.

7. Torque switch - provides overload protection (except for V-OHQ 005/008/010) and automatically cuts off power to avoid damage to the valve and actuator when the valve is blocked. (Factory settings, no user modification required)

8. Self locking - precision worm gear transmission with high torque, low noise (up to 50dB), and long service life. The self-locking function can prevent reversal, ensuring stability and reliability. Efficient lubricating oil has been added before leaving the factory and no longer needs to be added.

9. Anti detachment bolt - When removing the cover, the bolt will attach to the cover plate. All external bolts are made of stainless steel.

10. Installation - The installation dimensions at the bottom of the electric actuator comply with international standards ISO5211 and DIN3337. L forms a square shape, making it easy to pass through linear or 45. Installation. The actuator can be installed vertically or horizontally.
