1、阀腔内无闸槽：流体畅通无阻传统的闸阀由于阀腔底部有一闸槽，长时间使用后闸槽内往往容易淤积砂石等杂物，造成阀门关闭不严产生漏水或根本无法关闭。本公司生产的软密封闸阀底部采用与水管相同的平底设计，阀腔内无闸槽，不会造成杂物淤积，使流体畅通无阻。

2、阀板整体橡胶包覆：阀板采用高品质的橡胶进行整体包覆，先进的橡胶硫化技术使得硫化后的阀板能够保证精确的几何尺寸，并且粘接牢固，不易脱落而且弹性记忆佳。

3、耐腐蚀：阀杆、阀杆螺母、密封套采用耐腐蚀材料不锈钢和铜，阀体内外采用环氧树脂静电喷涂，不会产生锈水和造成介质污染，可满足直接饮用水要求。

The bottom of the soft sealed gate valve produced by our company adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, and there is no gate groove in the valve chamber, which will not cause debris accumulation and ensure unobstructed fluid flow.

2. Overall rubber coating of valve plate: The valve plate is covered with high-quality rubber, and advanced rubber vulcanization technology ensures accurate geometric dimensions of the vulcanized valve plate, which is firmly bonded, not easy to fall off, and has good elastic memory.

3. Corrosion resistance: The valve stem, valve stem nut, and sealing sleeve are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and copper. The inside and outside of the valve body are electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin, which will not produce rust water or cause medium pollution, and can meet the requirements for direct drinking water.
