进口锻钢焊接闸阀，Forged welding gate valve，是指采用对焊或者承插焊SW\BW的连接方式，阀体采用整体一体式锻造方式，锻打制造的闸阀，具有耐高压，密封性好的特点。适用于 Class150-2500 、工作温度 -29～425℃（碳钢）或 -29～500℃（不锈钢）的小口径管路上，用于截断或接通管路中的介质，选用不同的材质，可分别适用于水、蒸汽、油品、硝酸、醋酸、氧化性介质、尿素等多种介质

美国威盾VTON锻钢闸阀有三种阀盖设计形式。第一种是螺栓式阀盖，按这种设计形式设计的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺栓螺母连接，缠绕式垫片 (316夹柔性石墨制造)密封。客户有特殊要求时也可采用金属环连接。第二种设计形式是焊接式阀盖，按这种设计形式的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺纹连接，全焊密封。客户有特殊要求时也可采用全焊逶连接。第三种是压力自紧式阀盖，按这种设计形式设计的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺纹连接，内压自密封环密封。

Forged welding gate valve refers to a gate valve that uses butt welding or socket welding SW/BW connection method, and the valve body adopts an integral forging method. The forged gate valve has the characteristics of high pressure resistance and good sealing. Suitable for small diameter pipelines with Class150~2500 and operating temperatures of -29~425 ℃ (carbon steel) or -29~500 ℃ (stainless steel), used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials are selected and can be used for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea, etc

There are three types of valve cover designs for American Weidun VTON forged steel gate valves. The first type is a bolt type valve cover. Valves designed according to this design form have a valve body connected to the valve cover with bolts and nuts, and are sealed with a spiral wound gasket (made of 316 clamped flexible graphite). When customers have special requirements, metal ring connections can also be used. The second design form is a welded valve cover. According to this design form, the valve body and valve cover are connected by threads and fully welded for sealing. When customers have special requirements, fully welded connections can also be used. The third type is a pressure self tightening valve cover. Valves designed according to this design form have a threaded connection between the valve body and the valve cover, and an internal pressure self sealing ring seal.
