一、进口锻钢法兰闸阀概述

进口锻钢法兰截止阀，Forged steel flange gate valve，是指阀门两端采用法兰的连接方式，阀体采用整体一体式锻造方式，锻打制造的闸阀，具有耐高压，密封性好的特点。适用于钢铁厂、石油、化工、煤气、锅炉、造纸、纺织、医药、食品、船舶、供排水、能源、多晶硅、电力等行业工业管道，用于截断或接通管路中的介质。

美国威盾锻钢法兰闸阀主要适用于火力电站各种系统的管路上，切断或接通管路介质。适用介质：水、蒸气等非腐蚀性介质。与其他阀门产品相比的特点是高温高压，独特的自密封设计，压力越高，密封越可靠。

Forged steel flange gate valve refers to a gate valve manufactured by forging, which uses a flange connection method at both ends of the valve and an integral forging method for the valve body. It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance and good sealing. Suitable for industrial pipelines in industries such as steel mills, petroleum, chemical, gas, boilers, papermaking, textiles, pharmaceuticals, food, ships, water supply and drainage, energy, polysilicon, and electricity, used to cut off or connect media in pipelines.

三、进口锻钢法兰闸阀特点
1、锻钢法兰闸阀阀体、阀盖等承压件采用整体锻造（胎模型锻），阀体法兰也可采用焊接形式。

2、锻钢法兰闸阀阀杆与阀杆螺母为梯形螺纹传动，阀杆头部设计有锥形的上密封面，当阀门全开时与阀盖的上密封座严密吻合，无外泄漏。
3. 锻钢法兰闸阀阀座与阀体的连接有螺纹连接、焊接、在阀体上对堆焊合金层或不锈钢阀门直接在阀体上加工而成。堆焊层厚度大于等于2mm。
4、对于公称压力大于15.0Mpa的锻钢阀门采用压力自紧式密封结构，填料箱及闸板均采用整体锻造加工，保证受压强度。

1. The pressure bearing parts such as the forged steel flange gate valve body and valve cover are integrally forged (tire model forging), and the valve body flange can also be welded.

2. The forged steel flange gate valve stem and stem nut are driven by trapezoidal threads, and the stem head is designed with a conical upper sealing surface. When the valve is fully open, it tightly matches the upper sealing seat of the valve cover without external leakage.

3. The connection between the forged steel flange gate valve seat and the valve body includes threaded connection, welding, and directly processing the alloy layer or stainless steel valve on the valve body. The thickness of the weld overlay is greater than or equal to 2mm.

4. For forged steel valves with a nominal pressure greater than 15.0Mpa, a pressure self tightening sealing structure is adopted, and the packing box and gate plate are both integrally forged to ensure compressive strength.
