一、进口大口径高压截止阀概述

进口大口径高压截止阀（威盾VTON），Large-diameter high-pressure globe valve，也叫高压大口径截止阀，大口径锻造截止阀（High temperature and pressure of large diameter valve），是指采用一体化的锻造方式，整体大口径锻造，具有很强的耐压和韧性的截止阀，它的启闭件是塞形的阀瓣，密封面呈平面或锥面，阀瓣沿流体的中心线作直线运动,适用于许多节流的场合。在管路中主要作切断用。截止阀具有开启高度小，在开闭过程中密封面的摩擦力比闸阀小，更加耐磨等优点，通常只有一个密封面，制造工艺好，便于维修。

A large diameter high-pressure globe valve, also known as a high-pressure large diameter globe valve or a high temperature and pressure of large diameter forged globe valve, refers to a globe valve that adopts an integrated forging method, is forged as a whole with a large diameter, and has strong pressure resistance and toughness. Its opening and closing parts are plug shaped valve discs, and the sealing surface is flat or conical. The valve disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the fluid, suitable for many throttling situations. Mainly used for cutting in pipelines. Globe valves have the advantages of small opening height, lower friction force on the sealing surface during opening and closing compared to gate valves, and greater wear resistance. Usually, there is only one sealing surface, with good manufacturing technology and easy maintenance.

三、进口大口径高压截止阀主要特点

进口高温高压大口径截止阀有三种盖设计形式。第一种是螺栓式阀盖，按这种设计形式设计的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺栓螺母连接，缠绕式垫片（316夹柔性石墨制造）密封。客户有特殊要求时也可采用金属环连接。第二种设计形式是焊接式阀盖，按这种设计形式的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺纹连接，全焊密封。客户有特殊要求时也可采用全焊透连接。第三种是压力自紧式阀盖，按这种设计形式设计的阀门，其阀体与阀盖用螺纹连接，内压自密环密封。

There are three types of cover designs for high temperature and high pressure large diameter globe valves. The first type is a bolt type valve cover. Valves designed according to this design form have a valve body connected to the valve cover with bolts and nuts, and are sealed with a spiral wound gasket (made of 316 clamped flexible graphite). When customers have special requirements, metal ring connections can also be used. The second design form is a welded valve cover. According to this design form, the valve body and valve cover are connected by threads and fully welded for sealing. When customers have special requirements, full penetration welding can also be used for connection. The third type is a pressure self tightening valve cover. Valves designed according to this design form have a threaded connection between the valve body and the valve cover, and an internal pressure self sealing ring seal.
