一、进口天然气截止阀概述

进口天然气截止阀（威盾VTON），Natural gas globe valve，也叫液化气截止阀，液化气阀门，燃气专用截止阀，是指采用弹性成型聚四氟乙烯为填料，填料密封性能随介质压力上升而增强，并具备倒密封功能，适用于高中压燃气输送管路。产品有耐压、耐腐蚀作用，使用于城市液化气石油气贮备站，也使用于炼油厂、石油化工厂、石油化工厂的液化气系统，作为控制介质截的启闭装置。

Natural gas globe valve (VTON), also known as liquefied gas globe valve, liquefied gas valve, and gas specific globe valve, refers to the use of elastic formed polytetrafluoroethylene as a packing material. The sealing performance of the packing material increases with the increase of medium pressure and has the function of reverse sealing. It is suitable for high and medium pressure gas transmission pipelines. The product has pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and is used in urban liquefied gas and petroleum gas storage stations. It is also used in liquefied gas systems of refineries, petrochemical plants, and petrochemical plants as an opening and closing device for controlling medium interception.

二、进口天然气截止阀产品特点

1、防火结构：当软密封材料被烧坏后，金属密封面仍能保持密封，避免火灾扩大。

2、阀座密封面材料为尼龙塑料提高了密封性能，避免了金属密封旋转摩擦产生静电，引起的火花。

3、防静电结构：当阀门的内密封体旋转摩擦产生静电时，利用一个导电装置和大地连通，从而避免静电导致天然气火灾。

4、当阀门外部失火时，软密封材料被高温烧毁，其金属密封仍能保证阀门紧闭密封，从而形成了软硬双重密封结构，密封性能好。

5、采用弹性V形聚四氟乙烯或丁腈橡胶作为动密封填料，由填料盖、不锈钢弹簧提供初始密封，填料密封性能随介质压力上升而增强，即具有自密封性能，无需人工维护。

2. The sealing surface material of the valve seat is nylon plastic, which improves the sealing performance and avoids static electricity generated by the rotating friction of the metal seal, causing sparks.

3. Anti static structure: When the inner sealing body of the valve rotates and rubs to generate static electricity, a conductive device is used to connect with the ground, thereby avoiding static electricity from causing natural gas fires.

4. When the external of the valve catches fire, the soft sealing material is burned out by high temperature, and its metal seal can still ensure the valve is tightly closed and sealed, forming a dual sealing structure of soft and hard, with good sealing performance.

5. Using elastic V-shaped polytetrafluoroethylene or nitrile rubber as dynamic sealing packing, the initial sealing is provided by the packing cover and stainless steel spring. The sealing performance of the packing is enhanced with the increase of medium pressure, which means it has self sealing performance and does not require manual maintenance.
