一、进口铸钢截止阀概述

进口铸钢截止阀（威盾VTON），Cast steel globe valve，也叫碳钢截止阀，WCB截止阀，碳素钢截止阀，精铸截止阀，是指阀体采用威盾优质碳钢铸造的截止阀，阀杆开启或关闭行程相对较短，并具有非常可靠的切断动作，使得这种阀门非常适合作为介质的切断或调节及节流使用。截止阀一旦处于开启状态，它的阀座和阀瓣密封面之间就不再有接触，因而它的密封面机械磨损较小，由于大部分截止阀的阀座和阀瓣比较容易修理或更换密封元件时无需把整个阀门从管线上拆下来，这对于阀门和管线焊接成一体的场合是很适用的。介质通过此类阀门时的流动方向发生了变化，因此截止阀的流动阻力较高于其它阀门。

Cast steel globe valve (VTON), also known as carbon steel globe valve, WCB globe valve, carbon steel globe valve, or precision cast globe valve, refers to a globe valve with a valve body made of high-quality carbon steel castings from VTON. The valve stem has a relatively short opening or closing stroke and a very reliable cutting action, making it very suitable for cutting, adjusting, and throttling media. Once the globe valve is in the open state, there is no longer contact between its seat and the sealing surface of the valve disc, so its sealing surface has less mechanical wear. As the seat and valve disc of most globe valves are relatively easy to repair or replace sealing components, the entire valve does not need to be removed from the pipeline. This is very suitable for situations where the valve and pipeline are welded together. When the medium passes through this type of valve, the flow direction changes, so the flow resistance of the shut-off valve is higher than that of other valves.
