一、进口焊接波纹管截止阀概述

进口焊接波纹管截止阀（威盾VTON），Welded bellows globe valve，也叫焊接式波纹管截止阀，对焊波纹管截止阀，焊接德标波纹管截止阀，是指采用焊接的连接方式的波纹管密封截止阀。

美国威盾VTON焊接波纹管截止阀密封面堆焊Co基硬质合金,耐磨,耐腐,抗摩擦性能好,使用寿命长,确保阀杆处零泄漏,特别适用于易燃、易爆、有毒及贵重介质的管路。波纹管采用不锈钢或 Inconel 材料制造,波纹管密封结构设计合理，耐疲劳，使用寿命长。波纹管截止阀广泛适用于公称压力PN1.6～16MPa,工作温度-29～350℃的石油、化工、制药、化肥、电力行业等各种工况的管路上，切断或接通管路介质。

Welded bellows globe valve (VTON), also known as welded bellows globe valve, butt welded bellows globe valve, or welded German standard bellows globe valve, refers to a bellows sealed globe valve that uses a welded connection method.

The sealing surface of the American Weidun VTON welded corrugated pipe globe valve is welded with Co based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, has good friction resistance, long service life, and ensures zero leakage at the valve stem. It is particularly suitable for pipelines with flammable, explosive, toxic, and valuable media. The corrugated pipe is made of stainless steel or Inconel material, and the sealing structure of the corrugated pipe is designed reasonably, resistant to fatigue, and has a long service life. Bellows globe valves are widely used in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries with nominal pressure PN1.6~16MPa and working temperature -29~350 ℃, to cut off or connect pipeline media.

二、进口焊接波纹管截止阀特性
