进口波纹管截止阀，BELLOWS GLOBE VALVE，也叫波纹管密封截止阀，是指采用双重的密封设计（波纹管+填料）结构设计，密封性好，特别适用于蒸汽、导热油、剧毒、强腐气液介质密封可靠性要求特别高的工况。

进口波纹管截止阀采用威盾独创的金属波纹管密封技术制造，高性能的弹性金属波纹管，伸缩疲劳寿命特别长。采用波纹管密封的设计，完全消除了普通阀门阀杆填料密封老化快易泄露的缺点，不但提高波纹管密封截止阀使用能源效率，增加生产设备安全性，减少了维修费用及频繁的维修保养，还提供了清洁安全的工作环境。

Bellows Globe Valve, also known as Bellows Seal Globe Valve, refers to a double sealing design (bellows+packing) with good sealing performance, especially suitable for working conditions with high sealing reliability requirements for steam, heat transfer oil, highly toxic and corrosive gas-liquid media.

The corrugated pipe globe valve is manufactured using Weidun's unique metal corrugated pipe sealing technology. The high-performance elastic metal corrugated pipe has a particularly long expansion fatigue life. The design of using bellows sealing completely eliminates the disadvantage of fast aging and easy leakage of ordinary valve stem packing seals. 二、进口波纹管截止阀产品特点

1、波纹管密封截止阀，其关键部件金属波纹管，下端与阀杆组件采用自动滚焊焊接，上端与连接板自动滚焊接，在流体介质和大气之间形成一个金属屏障，确保阀杆零泄漏；

1. The key component of the bellows sealed globe valve is the metal bellows. The lower end is automatically welded to the valve stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically welded to the connecting plate to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem;

2. The valve disc adopts a conical design, and the sealing surface is streamlined with the medium, resulting in better sealing performance and longer service life;

3. Dual sealing design (bellows+packing): If the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage and comply with international sealing standards;

4. The valve cover comes with a grease fitting, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut, and shaft sleeve, unlike traditional methods that only lubricate the threads;
