一、进口惰性气体减压阀概述
进口惰性气体减压阀,惰性气体减压器,Inert gas reducing valve,就是将惰性气体钢瓶中的高压气体减为实验及工况所需的低压气体压力的减压阀。采用活塞式减压结构,输出压力稳定,主要用于石油化工、化纤、照明电器、热处理、冶金、玻璃、食品、医药、电子、国防航天、航空等主导领域的惰性气体钢瓶的出口减压。
惰性气体一般都是贮存在专用的高压气体钢瓶中,使用时通过减压阀使气体压力降至实验所需范围,再经过其它控制阀门细调,使气体输入使用系统。由于惰性气体气瓶内压力较高,而气焊和气割和使用点所需的压力却较小,所以需要用减压器来把惰性气体储存在气瓶内的较高压力的气体降为低压气体,并应保证惰性气体所需的工作压力自始至终保持稳定状态。进口惰性气体减压器是将高压惰性气体降为低压气体、并保持输出惰性气体的压力和流量稳定不变的调节装置。
Inert gas reducing valve is a pressure reducing valve that reduces the high-pressure gas in an inert gas cylinder to the low-pressure gas pressure required for experiments and operating conditions. Adopting a piston type pressure reducing structure with stable output pressure, it is mainly used for the export pressure reduction of inert gas steel cylinders in leading fields such as petrochemicals, chemical fibers, lighting appliances, heat treatment, metallurgy, glass, food, medicine, electronics, national defense aerospace, and aviation.
Inert gases are generally stored in specialized high-pressure gas cylinders. When in use, the gas pressure is reduced to the required range through a pressure reducing valve, and then fine tuned through other control valves to allow the gas to enter the system. Due to the high pressure inside the inert gas cylinder, while the pressure required for gas welding, cutting, and usage is relatively low, a pressure reducer is needed to reduce the high pressure gas stored in the cylinder to low pressure gas, and ensure that the working pressure required for the inert gas remains stable from beginning to end. The imported inert gas pressure reducer is a regulating device that reduces high-pressure inert gas to low-pressure gas and maintains stable pressure and flow rate of the output inert gas.

四、进口惰性气体减压阀安装说明
1、用下扳将减压器进出气接头螺纹与气瓶阀螺纹或高低压侧管路可靠的连接,一防止气体泄漏。请勿转动减压器本体,应夹持本体,转动螺母拧紧。
2、在安装过程中,应确保减压器进、出气接头与减压器连接处不会发生松动,否则将会导致气体泄漏,造成安全重大隐患。
3、彻底清除气瓶和管路系统与减压器连接位置处的油污、水及灰尘,一旦杂质进入气体减压器内,将会导致污染气体,阻塞气体通道或产生其他麻烦。
4、如果管路上的螺纹变形,无法与气体减压器顺利地装上时,就不要强行连接,否则会导致管路系统及气体减压器上的螺纹损坏,从而引起严重事故。
1. Use the lower wrench to reliably connect the threads of the inlet and outlet joints of the pressure reducer to the threads of the gas cylinder valve or the high and low pressure side pipelines to prevent gas leakage. Do not rotate the pressure reducer body. Instead, clamp the body and tighten the nut.
2. During the installation process, it should be ensured that the inlet and outlet joints of the pressure reducer and the connection between the pressure reducer do not become loose, otherwise it will cause gas leakage and pose a major safety hazard.
3. Thoroughly remove oil, water, and dust from the connection between the gas cylinder and pipeline system and the pressure reducer. Once impurities enter the gas pressure reducer, it will cause gas pollution, block gas channels, or cause other troubles.
4. If the threads on the pipeline are deformed and cannot be smoothly installed with the gas pressure reducer, do not force the connection, otherwise it will cause damage to the threads on the pipeline system and gas pressure reducer, leading to serious accidents.
四、进口惰性气体减压阀操作说明
1、在气体进入减压器之前,须确认已对管路系统(含减压器)按要求进行吹扫或进行抽真空处理。
2、在气体进入减压器之前,须确认减压器调压把手处于完全旋松状态(逆时针旋松调压把手),否则供气初期的瞬时压力有可能损坏膜片,从而导致减压器失效,严重时会危及人身安全。
3、缓慢打开减压器入口侧的供气阀门,用肥皂水火专用检测仪对减压器各连接处进行检漏。
▲ 注意:打开供气阀门时,人体不得正对或背对减压器。
4、顺时针旋转减压器调压把手,将压力(或流量)调到所需要的刻度指示位置,并用肥皂水或专用检测仪对减压器各连接处进行检漏。
▲ 注意:在减压器供气过程中,如果发现有任何异常的机械振动、噪音、卡住或压力异常升高的现象,表明减压器已存在故障,应立即停止使用。
1. Before the gas enters the pressure reducer, it must be confirmed that the pipeline system (including the pressure reducer) has been purged or vacuumed as required.
2. Before gas enters the pressure reducer, it is necessary to confirm that the pressure regulating handle of the pressure reducer is fully loosened (counterclockwise loosening of the pressure regulating handle). Otherwise, the instantaneous pressure in the early stage of gas supply may damage the diaphragm, leading to the failure of the pressure reducer, and in severe cases, it may endanger personal safety.
3. Slowly open the gas supply valve on the inlet side of the pressure reducer and use a soap water fire special detector to detect leaks at all connections of the pressure reducer.
▲ Attention: When opening the gas supply valve, the human body should not be facing or facing away from the pressure reducer.
4. Rotate the pressure regulator handle clockwise to adjust the pressure (or flow) to the desired scale indication position, and use soapy water or a specialized detector to check for leaks at each connection of the pressure regulator.
▲ Attention: If any abnormal mechanical vibration, noise, jamming, or abnormal pressure increase are found during the gas supply process of the pressure reducer, it indicates that there is a malfunction in the pressure reducer and should be stopped immediately.
