一、进口自力式气体减压阀概述

进口自力式气体减压阀（威盾VTON），Self operated pressure reducing valve，也叫进口自力式气体调压阀，无需外加能源，利用被调介质自身能量为动力源引入执行机构控制阀芯位置，改变两端的压差和流量，使阀前（或阀后）压力稳定在所需要的压力值的减压阀。美国威盾VTON自力式压力调节阀具有动作灵敏，密封性好，压力设定点波动力小等优点，广泛应用于各种气体介质减压稳压或泄压稳压的自动控制。

Self operated pressure reducing valve (VTON), also known as imported self operated gas pressure regulating valve, does not require external energy. It uses the energy of the regulated medium as the power source to introduce it into the actuator to control the position of the valve core, change the pressure difference and flow rate at both ends, and stabilize the pressure in front (or behind) of the valve at the required pressure value. The American Weidun VTON self operated pressure regulating valve has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing, and low pressure set point ripple force. It is widely used in automatic control of various gas medium pressure reduction and stabilization or pressure relief and stabilization.

二、进口自力式气体减压阀产品参数

三、进口自力式气体减压阀安装说明

1、气体减压阀安装必须严格按照阀体上的箭头方向保持和流体流动方向一致。如果气体不清洁含有一些杂质，必须在减压阀的上游进水口安装过滤器(我们建议过滤精度不低于0.5mm)。

2、为了操作和维护方便，气体减压阀一般直立安装在水平管道上。

3、为了防止气体减压阀阀后压力超压，应在离阀出口不少于4M处加装一个减压阀。

4、减压阀阀前和阀后必须装截止阀，更换或者维修时开关气体用

5、气体如果有冷凝水的话，需要装汽水分离器，防止冷凝水对减压阀活塞或者膜片的损坏。

1. The installation of gas pressure reducing valves must strictly follow the direction of the arrow on the valve body to maintain consistency with the direction of fluid flow. If the gas is not clean and contains some impurities, a filter must be installed at the upstream inlet of the pressure reducing valve (we recommend a filtration accuracy of no less than 0.5mm).

2. For the convenience of operation and maintenance, gas pressure reducing valves are generally installed upright on horizontal pipelines.

3. To prevent overpressure after the gas pressure reducing valve, a pressure reducing valve should be installed at a distance of no less than 4 meters from the valve outlet.

4. A shut-off valve must be installed in front and behind the pressure reducing valve. When replacing or repairing, the gas switch must be used

5. If there is condensate in the gas, a steam water separator needs to be installed to prevent damage to the pressure reducing valve piston or diaphragm caused by the condensate.
