进口蒸汽法兰减压阀（威盾VTON），Steam flange reducing valve，是指采用法兰的连接方式，法兰标准有美标150磅，300LB,600LB,900LB,1500LB, 国标PN16，PN25，PN40，PN64，PN100，PN160，PN250的法兰等级标准，能将阀前的蒸汽压力减到所需要的出口压力，并将压力稳定在所需要的压力值的减压阀，属于可调式先导活塞式减压阀。由主阀和导阀两部分组成。主阀主要由阀座、阀阀盘、活塞、缸套、弹簧等零件组成。导阀主要由阀座、阀瓣、膜片、弹簧、调节弹簧等零件组成。通过调节调节弹簧压力设定出口压力，利用膜片传感出口压力变化，通过导阀启闭驱动活塞调节主阀节流部位过流面积的大小，实现减压稳压功能。进口蒸汽法兰减压阀主要用于蒸汽管路，起到减压稳压作用。

The main valve is mainly composed of parts such as valve seat, valve disc, piston, cylinder liner, spring, etc. The pilot valve is mainly composed of parts such as valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, and regulating spring. By adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure, using a diaphragm to sense the change in outlet pressure, and driving the piston to adjust the size of the flow area at the throttle position of the main valve through the opening and closing of the pilot valve, the pressure reducing and stabilizing function is achieved. The imported steam flange pressure reducing valve is mainly used for steam pipelines, playing a role in reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure.
