进口碳钢衬氟球阀内腔及球体均采用高压注塑工艺衬有耐腐蚀、耐老化的聚全氟乙丙稀（F46），故具有可靠的耐腐蚀性和密封性。广泛用于化工、石油、冶金、医药等工业部门，实现对生产过程中酸、碱等强腐蚀介质的调节或切断，在水处理过程控制中使用效果最明显。

The inner cavity and sphere of carbon steel lined fluorine ball valve are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging resistant polytetrafluoroethylene propylene (F46) using high-pressure injection molding technology, which has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. 1、采用FEP衬里层的球阀,具有极高的化学稳定性,可以适用除“熔融碱金属和元素氟”，以外其它任何强腐蚀性质

2、采用全通径、浮动球结构，阀门可在整个压力范围内进行无泄漏关闭，更便于管路系统的通球扫线和管路维护

3、启闭件球件与阀杆铸（锻）为一体，杜绝了由于压力变化引起阀杆冲出承压件内的可能性，从根本上保证了工程中的使用安全性

4、结构紧凑合理，阀体内腔空间最小，减小了介质滞留，另外，特殊的模压工艺，使密封面致密度良好，加之人字环形PTFE填料组合，使阀门达到零泄漏

球阀的启闭件是个球体，球体围绕阀体中心轴作旋转来达到开启或关闭,适用于有微小颗粒的介质上。球阀的耐磨、密封性好、开关快/轻、流体阻力小、操作简单方便，注定了球阀成为应用范围最广，整体使用性能最高的阀门。球阀适合做开关，不建议做调节使用(V型系列球阀除外)。注意：如果介质为燃点较低的气液体建议采用"实心"的半球体作为启闭件，防止因球阀的关闭而导致残留在球体内的气液体因温度的升高而发生化学变化。

The opening and closing part of a ball valve is a sphere, which rotates around the central axis of the valve body to achieve opening or closing, suitable for media with small particles. The wear resistance, good sealing performance, fast/light switching, low fluid resistance, and simple and convenient operation of ball valves make them the most widely used and high-performance valves. Ball valves are suitable for use as switches and are not recommended for adjustment purposes (except for V-series ball valves).
