The valve core adopts a V-shaped ball notch, which generates shear force when rotating relative to the hard sealed valve seat, which can cut off the fibers and prevent jamming. The V-shaped regulating ball valve has the characteristics of flow capacity, high adjustment accuracy, large adjustable ratio, good sealing performance, and light weight. The electric V-shaped regulating ball valve is suitable for most occasions except for small diameter, angle, and three-way connections, especially for regulating mud containing fibrous media and small and micro solid suspended special media. 三、进口电动不锈钢V型球阀产品特点

1、V型调节球阀阀体整体式结构：阀体都是整体侧装式结构，结构刚性强，不容易引起变形和外泄。

2、上下自润滑轴承：阀体内装有上下自润滑轴承，与阀杆接触面积大，承载能力高，磨擦系数小，使阀门的扭矩减少。

3、V型调节球阀阀座可根据介质和工况的需要，选金属硬密封或PTFE软密封：金属硬密封阀座密封表面堆焊硬质合金，球表面镀硬铬或作喷焊、离子氮化等硬化处理，使密封面使用寿命增强，耐温提高；软密封PTFE阀座或增强PTFE阀座密封性好，耐腐蚀，适应范围广。

3.The valve seat of V-shaped regulating ball valve can be selected as metal hard seal or PTFE soft seal according to the needs of the medium and working conditions: the sealing surface of the metal hard seal valve seat is welded with hard alloy, and the surface of the ball is plated with hard chromium or subjected to hardening treatment such as spray welding and ion nitriding, which enhances the service life of the sealing surface and improves temperature resistance; Soft sealed PTFE valve seats or reinforced PTFE valve seats have good sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and a wide range of applications.
