一、进口四通高压球阀介绍

进口四通高压球阀（美国威盾VTON），Four way welded ball valve，也叫四通换向球阀，四通不锈钢球阀，四通焊接球阀，一阀实现正反供水切换，每转90 ，供水方式切换一次，以前需四个阀门，供水时阀1、4 开启，阀2、3关闭；反向供水时阀2、3开启，阀1、4 关闭，现用一台四通球阀替代，操作方便。

Four way welded ball valve (VTON), also known as four-way welded ball valve, four-way stainless steel ball valve, four-way welded ball valve, can switch between positive and negative water supply with one valve. The water supply mode is switched every 90 rotations. Previously, four valves were required, and valves 1 and 4 were opened while valves 2 and 3 were closed for water supply; When supplying water in reverse direction, valves 2 and 3 open, while valves 1 and 4 close. A four-way ball valve is now used instead, which is convenient to operate.

二、进口四通高压球阀结构特点

1、流体阻力小：球体和阀体的连接管道截面相等，且球体通道采用圆弧连接，介质通过球体是，流体阻力小。

2、密封性能好：阀座采用具有一定弹性变形和高强度的PTFE材料，达到良好密封性能保证了阀门的稳定性。

3、使用寿命长：阀门的阀芯和光见颈材料采用奥氏不锈钢，阀座材料选用PTFE，能达到良好的抗腐蚀性作用，延长了阀门的使用寿命。
