进口三片式焊接球阀（美国威盾VTON），Three-pieces welded ball valve，也叫三片式对焊球阀，三段式焊接球阀，是指采用三片式的结构，焊接式的连接方式，用带有圆形通道的球体作启闭件，球体随阀杆转动实现启闭动作的阀门，其启闭件是一个有孔的球体，绕垂直于通道的轴线旋转，从而达到启闭通道的目的。

美国威盾VTON三片式焊接球阀适用于PN1.0～6.4MPa，工作温度-29～180℃(密封圈为增强聚四氟乙烯)或-29～300℃(密封圈为对位聚苯)的各种管路上，用于截断或接通管路中的介质，选用不同的材质,可分别适用于水、蒸汽、油品、硝酸、醋酸等多种介质。能避免焊接产生的高温响，避免焊接给阀的门的密封件带来损伤，防止因此导致阀门泄漏。

Three piece welded ball valve (VTON), also known as three piece butt welded ball valve or three-piece welded ball valve, refers to a valve that adopts a three piece structure and a welded connection method. A ball with a circular channel is used as the opening and closing part, and the ball rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action. The opening and closing part is a perforated ball that rotates around the axis perpendicular to the channel, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing the channel.

VTON three piece welded ball valve is suitable for various pipelines with PN1.0-6.4MPa, working temperature of -29-180 ℃ (reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring) or -29-300 ℃ (aligned polystyrene sealing ring). It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and different materials are selected. It can be suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc. It can avoid the high temperature noise generated by welding, avoid damage to the sealing parts of the valve door caused by welding, and prevent valve leakage as a result.
