进口气动全焊接球阀（美国威盾VTON），Pneumatic full welded ball valve，也叫气动焊接球阀，气动全焊接球阀，气动控制球阀是指由气动执行器和全焊接球阀组成，通过提供4-8Bar的气源来推动气动执行器控制全焊接球阀的开关的阀门。

Pneumatic fully welded ball valve (VTON), also known as pneumatic welded ball valve, is a valve composed of a pneumatic actuator and a fully welded ball valve. The pneumatic control ball valve is a valve that drives the pneumatic actuator to control the opening and closing of the fully welded ball valve by providing a 4-8 bar air source.

二、进口气动全焊接球阀特点

1、整体式焊接球阀，不会有外部泄漏等现象。

2、由于阀座是由碳化特氟隆密封环及碟形弹簧构成的，所以对压力和温度的变化适应能力强，在标注压力和温度范围内不会产生任何泄露。

3、球体的加工过程有先进的计算机检测仪跟踪检测，所以球体的加工精度高。

4、由于阀体材料跟管道材质一样，不会出现应力不均，也不会由于地震及车辆经过地面时而产生变形，管道耐老化。　　

5、密封环本体采用含量25%Carbon(碳素)的RPTFE材质，保障完全无泄漏(0%)。　　直埋式焊接球阀可以直接埋于地下，不用建高大型阀门井，只需在地面上设置小型浅井，大大节省施工费用及工程时间。

6、可根据管道的施工及设计要求，调整阀体的长短和阀杆的高度。　　球体的加工精度非常精密，操作轻便，无不良干涉。

7、采用高级的原材料，能保PN25以上的压力。　　与同类行业的同种规格产品相比，阀体小，而且外型美观。

8、气动执行器可实现远程智能控制。

2. Due to the valve seat being composed of carbonized PTFE sealing rings and disc springs, it has strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, and will not produce any leakage within the marked pressure and temperature range.

3. The machining process of the sphere is tracked and detected by advanced computer detectors, so the machining accuracy of the sphere is high.

4. Due to the fact that the material of the valve body is the same as that of the pipeline, there will be no uneven stress, and there will be no deformation due to earthquakes or vehicles passing through the ground. The pipeline is resistant to aging. 

5. The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE material with a carbon content of 25%, ensuring complete leakage free (0%). Directly buried welded ball valves can be directly buried underground, without the need to build large valve wells. Only small shallow wells need to be set up on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and project time.

6. The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline. The machining accuracy of the sphere is very precise, with easy operation and no adverse interference.

7. Using advanced raw materials, it can maintain pressure above PN25. Compared with products of the same specifications in the same industry, the valve body is smaller and has a beautiful appearance.

8. Pneumatic actuators can achieve remote intelligent control.
