一、进口卫生级卡箍球阀概述

进口卫生级卡箍球阀（美国威盾VTON），Sanitary clamp ball valve，也叫卫生级快装球阀，卫生级316L球阀，卫生球阀，食品级球阀，是指球阀阀体采用采用进口SUS304、316L制作，连接方式采用卡箍快装，内外用高档抛光设备处理，达到表面精密度要求，流道经过精密抛光和除菌处理，采用了全包的F4密封，没有死角且容易清洗。卫生级球阀流道内壁采用0.5um（240Grit）电子抛光，保持流体畅通无阻。密封面采用的全包PTFE没有死角，保证卫生。卫生级球阀广泛应用于啤酒工程、食品工程、化学工程、制药工程、生物工程和水处理工程等领域。

Sanitary clamp ball valve (VTON, USA), also known as sanitary quick fit ball valve, sanitary 316L ball valve, sanitary ball valve, food grade ball valve, refers to the ball valve body made of imported SUS304 and 316L, connected by clamp quick fit, and treated with high-end polishing equipment both inside and outside to meet surface precision requirements. The flow passage is precision polished and sterilized, and adopts a fully enclosed F4 seal, which has no dead corners and is easy to clean. The inner wall of the sanitary grade ball valve flow passage is polished with 0.5um (240Grit) electronic polishing to ensure unobstructed fluid flow. The fully enclosed PTFE used for sealing surfaces has no dead corners, ensuring hygiene. 二、进口卫生级卡箍球阀产品特点

1、流体阻力少，无论是缩径或全通径球阀流阻系数都是所有阀类当中最小的。
2、开关迅速方便，一般情况下只需要手柄转动90℃就完成全开或全关动作，真正实现快速启闭。
