进口气动三通内螺纹球阀（美国威盾VTON），Pneumatic three-way thread ball valve，也叫气动三通小口径球阀，气动三通丝扣球阀，气动不锈钢三通球阀，是指有气动执行器和内螺纹的三通球阀组成，一般是小口径DN10-50，有气动执行器来控制三通球阀的合流或者分流，换向的球阀。适用于食品、饮料、医药、化工等纯净管路及工业环保、水处理、高层建筑、给排水等管路。

美国威盾VTON气动三通三片式球阀分为“L型气动三片式球阀”与“T型气动螺纹球阀”，L型适用于介质的流向切换，能使相互垂直的两个通道联通，T型适用于介质的分流，合流或流向切换。双层阀杆填料符合德国泄露测试要求，在系统泄压后无需拆下整个阀体就能进行检查和维修。气动三通内螺纹球阀任一通口均可用作入口而无泄漏，并可根据工况需要制成L型或T型通道，气动三通内螺纹球阀安装方便。

Pneumatic three-way threaded ball valve (VTON), also known as pneumatic three-way small diameter ball valve, pneumatic three-way threaded ball valve, pneumatic stainless steel three-way ball valve, refers to a three-way ball valve composed of a pneumatic actuator and internal thread, usually a small diameter DN10-50, with a pneumatic actuator to control the convergence or diversion of the three-way ball valve, and a reversing ball valve. Suitable for pure pipelines in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, as well as industrial environmental protection, water treatment, high-rise buildings, water supply and drainage pipelines.

VTON pneumatic three-way three-piece ball valve is divided into "L-type pneumatic three-piece ball valve" and "T-type pneumatic threaded ball valve". L-type is suitable for switching the flow direction of the medium, which can connect two perpendicular channels. T-type is suitable for separating, merging, or switching the flow direction of the medium. The double-layer valve stem packing meets the German leakage testing requirements, and can be inspected and repaired without the need to remove the entire valve body after the system is depressurized. Any port of the pneumatic three-way internal threaded ball valve can be used as an inlet without leakage, and can be made into L-shaped or T-shaped channels according to the working conditions. （1）气动三通内螺纹球阀有两座和四座密封结构，阀芯孔道有L型和T型两种结构形式，采用控制阀芯旋转角度，改变阀芯孔道与管道口的连接状态，可实现对三条支管不同的组合控制。气动三通内螺纹球阀流通能力大，可控制气体、液体、蒸汽，更适用于控制高粘度，纤维颗粒状的流体。也适用于密封要求较严格的场合。
（2）两阀座密封三通球阀具有结构紧凑、外形美观、密封性能好，它能实现对管道中介质流向的切换。也能使相互垂直的两个通道连通或关闭。
（3）四阀座密封三通球阀具有造型美观、结构紧凑合理，它不仅可实现介质流向的切换，也可使三个通道相互连通，同时可关闭任意一个通道，使另外两个通道连通，灵活控制管路是介质的合流或分流。
（4）T型阀芯孔道可使三条正交的管道互相连通或切换，起分流或合流作用；L型孔道连接相互正交的两管道。使另一条孔道切断，起改变介质流向作用。

It can not only switch the flow direction of the medium, but also connect the three channels. At the same time, any channel can be closed to connect the other two channels, and the pipeline can be flexibly controlled to merge or separate the medium.

(4) The T-shaped valve core hole can connect or switch three orthogonal pipelines to each other, playing a role in diversion or convergence; L-shaped channels connect two pipes that are orthogonal to each other. Cut off another channel to change the flow direction of the medium.
