进口两片式球阀（美国威盾VTON），Two piece ball valve，也叫二片式球阀，两片式内螺纹球阀，两片式不锈钢球阀，是指采用不锈钢304或者316材质，内螺纹连接的全通径的两片连接结构的球阀，连接方式有G螺纹，NPT螺纹，PT螺纹。

美国威盾VTON内螺纹球阀PN16~PN63 内螺纹球阀适用于 PN1.0～4.0MPa，工作温度 -29～180℃（密封圈为增强聚四氟乙烯）或 -29～300℃（密封圈为对位聚苯）的各种管路上，用于截断或接通管路中的介质，选用不同的材质,可分别适用于水、蒸汽、油品、硝酸、醋酸等多种介质。

Two piece ball valve（VTON）, also known as two piece ball valve, two piece internal thread ball valve, two piece stainless steel ball valve, refers to a full bore two piece connection structure ball valve made of stainless steel 304 or 316 material, with internal thread connection. VTON internal thread ball valve PN16~PN63 internal thread ball valve is suitable for various pipelines with PN1.0~4.0MPa, working temperature of -29~180 ℃ (reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring) or -29~300 ℃ (counterpoint polystyrene sealing ring). It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and different materials are selected. It can be used for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.

5． 维修方便，球阀结构简单，密封圈一般都是活动的，拆卸更换都比较方便。 　　

6．两片式球阀在全开或全闭时，球体和阀座的密封面与介质隔离，介质通过时，不会引起阀门密封面的侵蚀。 　　

7．两片式球阀适用范围广，通径从小到几毫米，大到几米，从高真空至高压力都可应用。

5. Easy to maintain, the ball valve has a simple structure, and the sealing ring is generally movable, making disassembly and replacement more convenient. 

When the two-piece ball valve is fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface. 

7. The two-piece ball valve has a wide range of applications, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
