进口锻钢法兰球阀（美国威盾VTON），Forged steel flanged ball valves，也叫锻打球阀，锻A105球阀，是指阀体采用威盾优质整体锻件，球阀启闭件（球体）由阀杆带动，并绕阀杆的轴线作旋转运动的阀门。锻钢法兰球阀设计、选材、制造、试验、表面外理及涂漆都严格按美国腐蚀工程师会NACE标准要求进行。内件材料均彩用表面镀镍316材质、密封圈采用特制的聚合特资料。使阀门不仅防腐蚀，抗硫化能力强，防火、防静电、密封性能好，使用压力与温度范围广，全通径与缩径齐备，并可配多种驱动装置，主要用于石油，天然气的长距离管线输送和城市煤气管道系统．

Forged steel flanged ball valves (VTON), also known as forged ball valves or forged A105 ball valves, refer to valves where the valve body is made of high-quality integral forgings from VTON, and the ball valve opening and closing parts (balls) are driven by the valve stem and rotate around the axis of the valve stem. The design, material selection, manufacturing, testing, surface treatment, and painting of forged steel flange ball valves are strictly in accordance with the requirements of the American Society of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) standard. The interior materials are all made of surface nickel plated 316 material, and the sealing ring is made of special polymer materials. The valve is not only corrosion-resistant, but also has strong sulfur resistance, fire resistance, anti-static, and good sealing performance. It has a wide range of pressure and temperature, and can be equipped with both full and reduced diameters. It can also be equipped with various driving devices, mainly used for long-distance pipeline transportation of oil and natural gas, and urban gas pipeline systems.

二、进口锻钢法兰球阀产品特点

1、锻钢法兰球阀耐高压：压力可达1.6Mpa-42Mpa ；Class：150-2500Lb
2、耐高温：该球阀的阀座完全采用了美标闸阀的结构，因此温度由阀体材料来决定。
3、无摩擦：该球阀在开启时利用二块式球体的优点，先水平收拢瞬间脱离阀座，然后再旋转    =90度全开。

4 、阀座采用圆柱形弹簧加截的金属硬密封结构， 能适应于较高温度及各种粉尘与固体颗粒介质。
5、锻钢法兰球阀采用下装式阀杆、设置倒密封结构，确保填 料处可靠密封及防止阀杆脱出。
6 、本身具有防火防静电功能。
7 、锻钢法兰球阀手柄与阀杆采用扁方型连接。也可根据需要加锁定结构，防止误操作。

5. The forged steel flange ball valve adopts a bottom mounted valve stem and a reverse sealing structure to ensure reliable sealing at the packing and prevent valve stem detachment.

6. It has fire and anti-static functions.

7. The forged steel flange ball valve handle and valve stem are connected in a flat square shape. Locking structures can also be added as needed to prevent accidental operations.
