一、进口铸钢球阀产品概述

进口铸钢球阀（美国威盾VTON），Cast steel ball valve，也叫碳钢球阀，WCB球阀，是指阀体采用威盾优质铸造的WCB碳素钢作为球阀阀体，球阀启闭件（球体）由阀杆带动，并绕阀杆的轴线作旋转运动的阀门。

美国威盾VTON主要产品有铸钢法兰球阀，铸钢软密封球阀，铸钢硬密封球阀，铸钢高压球阀，铸钢常压球阀，气动铸钢球阀，电动铸钢球阀，主要用于截断或接通管路中的介质，亦可用于流体的调节与控制，其中硬密封V型球阀其V型球芯与堆焊硬质合金的金属阀座之间具有很强的剪切力，特别适用于含纤维、微小固体颗料等介质。

Cast steel ball valve (VTON), also known as carbon steel ball valve or WCB ball valve, refers to a valve body made of high-quality WCB carbon steel cast by VTON as the valve body. The opening and closing parts (balls) of the ball valve are driven by the valve stem and rotate around the axis of the valve stem.

The main products of  VTON in the United States include cast steel flange ball valves, cast steel soft seal ball valves, cast steel hard seal ball valves, cast steel high-pressure ball valves, cast steel atmospheric ball valves, pneumatic cast steel ball valves, and electric cast steel ball valves. They are mainly used to cut off or connect media in pipelines, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Among them, the hard sealed V-shaped ball valve has a strong shear force between its V-shaped core and the metal valve seat welded with hard alloy, especially suitable for media containing fibers and small solid particles.

二、进口铸钢球阀产品特点

1、铸钢球阀的球体是浮动的，在介质压力作用下，球体能产生一定的位移并紧压在出口端的密封面上，保证出口端密封。
2、铸钢球阀结构简单，密封性好，但球体承受工作介质的载荷全部传给了出口密封圈，因此要考虑密封圈材料能否经受得住球体介质的工作载荷。这种结构，广泛用于中低压球阀。
