一、进口电动低温调节阀概述

进口电动低温调节阀---美国威盾（VTON，Electric cryogenic control valve），是采用引进型电动执行器与超低温调节阀阀体组成，阀体采用经过低温深冷处理的不锈钢材质，加长杆，低温温度可达-196℃，耐低温强度高，韧性好。执行器内含饲服功能，接受统一的4-20mA或1-5V·DC的标准信号，将电流信号转变成相对应的直线位移，自动地控制调节阀开度，达到对管道内低温液体气体如液化天然气，液态氧气，液化气体，LNG，液氮，液氧等介质的压力、流量、温度、液位等工艺参数的连续调节。电动低温调节阀适合于低于0～-196℃状态下工作，由电动执行机构和带长颈接管的阀体组成，长颈接管的作用是使阀杆密封出接近常温下工作，并减少外界热能传入。为减少传递，长颈采用薄壁结构。

The valve body is made of stainless steel material that has undergone low-temperature cryogenic treatment, with an extended rod. The low-temperature temperature can reach -196 ℃, and it has high low-temperature resistance, strength, and good toughness. The actuator contains a feeding function, which receives a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V · DC, converts the current signal into a corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the regulating valve, and achieves continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level, etc. for low-temperature liquid gases such as liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen, liquefied gas, LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, etc. in the pipeline. Electric low-temperature regulating valves are suitable for operation below 0~-196 ℃. They are composed of an electric actuator and a valve body with a long neck pipe. The function of the long neck pipe is to seal the valve stem and work close to room temperature, while reducing the input of external heat energy. To reduce transmission, the long neck adopts a thin-walled structure.
