一、进口自力式水调节阀概述

进口自力式水调节阀（美国威盾VTON），Self-water control valve也叫自力式水控制阀，直接作用式水调节阀，弹簧负载式调节阀，依靠流经阀内水自身的压力、压差、温度作为能源驱动阀门自动工作，不需要外接电源和二次仪表，通过信号管传递到执行机构驱动阀瓣改变阀的开度，达到调节水压力、流量、温度的目的阀门。

Self water control valve (VTON), also known as self operated water control valve, is a direct acting water control valve and a spring loaded control valve. It relies on the pressure, pressure difference, and temperature of the water flowing through the valve as the energy source to drive the valve to work automatically. It does not require external power supply and secondary instruments, and is transmitted through a signal pipe to the actuator to drive the valve disc to change the valve opening, achieving the purpose of regulating water pressure, flow, and temperature.

二、进口自力式水调节阀特征

2、阀门主体结构中，信号和推动的部件与主阀相互密封隔开，不会象其他控制方式那样因阀内部零件移损而出现滴、冒、漏现象。

3、把各控制要素如信号采测、放大、反馈、控制、执行集为一体，并在运行时巧妙地运用流体力学和气动原理，整个控制过程在一个阀体内全部完成，尽管结构不复杂，但十分可靠。

4、不需要用电和气等辅助能源，依靠管道内被控介质的自身压力进行控制，结构简单、安装方便、投资小运行成本低，特别适合在钢管密布或潮湿的环境中应用，而采用其他方式一般都需要用电或压缩空气作动力，系统结构相对复杂，给安装和使用带来很大不便，而且投入大、可靠性差。

It has a simple structure, convenient installation, low investment, and low operating cost, making it particularly suitable for applications in environments with dense steel pipes or humidity. However, other methods generally require electricity or compressed air as power, and the system structure is relatively complex, which brings great inconvenience to installation and use, and the investment is large and the reliability is poor.
