进口气动高压调节阀（美国威盾VTON），Pneumatic high-pressure control valve，也叫气动高压控制阀，高压气动调节阀，是专为高压系统设计的一种特殊阀门，由气动薄膜执行机构和高压调节阀两部分组成，与气动调节仪表等配合，用于化工、石油、电力等工业部门经营过程的自动调节和远程控制。进口气动高压调节阀的结构型式为直通单座笼式，阀芯为柱塞形，用于高压差条件下的阀芯，头部渗或镶以硬质合金，以抗高压差情况下的冲刷和气蚀，提高使用寿命。由于压差高，介质对阀芯不平衡力较大，设计时已选用钢度较大的执行机构，一般都配用阀门定位器。气动高压笼式调节阀的动作，来源于信号压力在薄膜上产生的推力，使推杆推动阀芯作相应的移动，既调节阀行程。行程的变化，使阀的流通面积变化，来调节压力、温度、流量和液位等工艺参数。

The structural type of the imported pneumatic high-pressure regulating valve is a straight through single seat cage type, with a plunger shaped valve core used for valve cores under high pressure differential conditions. The head is infiltrated or embedded with hard alloy to resist erosion and cavitation under high pressure differential conditions and improve service life. Due to the high pressure difference and the large imbalance force of the medium on the valve core, a higher stiffness actuator has been selected in the design, and valve positioners are generally used. The action of the pneumatic high-pressure cage type regulating valve comes from the thrust generated by the signal pressure on the membrane, which causes the push rod to push the valve core to move accordingly, thereby regulating the valve stroke. The change in stroke adjusts the flow area of the valve to regulate process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and liquid level.
