进口气动隔膜调节阀，Pneumatic diaphragm control valve，也叫进口气动调节型隔膜阀，美国威盾VTON品牌，是由多弹簧气动薄膜执行器与隔膜调节阀阀体组成，接收4-20Ma或者1-5v信号，对介质（比如氯气，腐蚀、剧毒气体或者高粘度及悬浮颗粒流体）的流量，温度，和压力进行自动化调节的隔膜调节阀。

Pneumatic diaphragm control valve, also known as imported pneumatic regulating diaphragm valve, is an American brand VTON. It is composed of a multi spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a diaphragm regulating valve body, receiving 4-20Ma or 1-5V signals to automatically regulate the flow rate, temperature, and pressure of media (such as chlorine gas, corrosive, highly toxic gases, or high viscosity and suspended particle fluids).

气动隔膜调节阀具有结构简单、流路阻小、流通力较同口径的其它阀大，无泄漏，能用于高粘度及悬浮颗粒流体的调节，根据隔膜材料的不同（橡胶或聚四氟乙烯）适用于调节强碱、强腐蚀性介质。由隔膜阀配用气动薄膜执行机构组成。隔膜与阀体间“山”形凸出面进行密封,与外界隔离(无填料函),气动隔膜调节阀特别适合于要求耐腐蚀、剧毒场合。气动隔膜调节阀采用模块化设计，可采用不同组合、配用各种附件。

Pneumatic diaphragm control valve has a simple structure, small flow resistance, larger flow force than other valves of the same caliber, no leakage, and can be used for regulating high viscosity and suspended particle fluids. Depending on the diaphragm material (rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene), it is suitable for regulating strong alkaline and corrosive media. Composed of a diaphragm valve equipped with a pneumatic diaphragm actuator. The "mountain" shaped protruding surface between the diaphragm and valve body is sealed to isolate from the outside (without a packing box). Pneumatic diaphragm control valves are particularly suitable for environments that require corrosion resistance and high toxicity. The pneumatic diaphragm control valve adopts a modular design and can be equipped with various accessories in different combinations.
