一、进口电动角型调节阀概述

进口电动角型调节阀（美国威盾VTON），也叫角式调节阀，角形调节阀由是由角型调节阀体配以美国威盾VTON的3810L型（或PSL系列）直行程电子式电动执行机构组成，流体从低进测出，成90度角形结构。电动执行器内含饲服功能，接受统一的4-20mA或1-5V·DC的标准信号，将电流信号转变成相对应的直线位移，自动地控制电动角型调节阀开度，达到对管道内流体的压力、流量、温度、液位等工艺参数的连续调节。角形结构便于自洁和水清洗，电动角型调节阀适用于底进侧出的场合，可使调节有较好的稳定性。

Electric angle regulating valve (VTON), also known as angle regulating valve, is composed of an angle regulating valve body and a 3810L (or PSL series) straight stroke electronic electric actuator of American Weidun VTON. The fluid is measured from low inlet to low outlet, forming a 90 degree angle structure. The electric actuator contains a feeding function, which receives a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V · DC, converts the current signal into a corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the electric angle regulating valve, and achieves continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. The angular structure facilitates self-cleaning and water cleaning, and the electric angle control valve is suitable for bottom in and side out situations, which can make the adjustment more stable.

角形高压调节阀是针对调节阀在高压或高压差、有严重汽蚀、冲蚀的严酷工况条件下寿命短、阀杆易断裂、衬套易脱落严重问题研制开发的产品。它采用多级节流形式来分摊压差，减少了气蚀、冲蚀、挠流破坏，大大提高了调节阀的使用寿命，特别是用在尿素系统中比普通高压阀寿命提高2-3倍。阀体为直角形，阀芯为单导向结构，阀体流路简单，阻力小，特别适用于高粘度，含有悬浮物和颗粒状介质流体的调节，可避免结焦、粘结、堵塞。

The angular high-pressure regulating valve is a product developed to address the serious problems of short service life, easy valve stem fracture, and easy liner detachment of regulating valves under harsh working conditions such as high pressure or high pressure difference, severe cavitation and erosion. It adopts a multi-stage throttling form to distribute pressure difference, reducing cavitation, erosion, and flow damage, greatly improving the service life of the regulating valve, especially when used in urea systems, which is 2-3 times longer than ordinary high-pressure valves. The valve body is a right angled shape, and the valve core is a single guiding structure. The valve body has a simple flow path and low resistance, making it particularly suitable for regulating high viscosity fluids containing suspended solids and granular media, which can avoid coking, bonding, and blockage.
